We are thrilled to invite you to be part of the pre-opening team for Hotel Longmont, a boutique lifestyle hotel currently under development in downtown Longmont, Colorado. Opening in early summer, this unique opportunity allows you to build the operational foundation and play a key role in bringing a modern, locally inspired guest experience to life.
Designed to serve both business and leisure travelers, the property will feature 84 guest rooms and suites, a rooftop bar and restaurant, and approximately 2,600 square feet of flexible meeting and event space. As a key hospitality anchor in the city’s growing downtown district, Hotel Longmont is poised to redefine the local dining and hospitality landscape.
As the Chef de Cuisine, you will direct food ordering, preparation, production, and control for all food outlets and banquet facilities. This role is central to enhancing the food product presented to our guests, requiring you to make strategic changes that respond to both current and anticipated marketplace needs.
You will leverage market research to develop new products while maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency. Beyond the kitchen, you will oversee divisional matters related to employment laws, manage major operating expenses, and set margins to ensure the business meets its projections. This position demands a collaborative team player who can professionally represent the hotel in community and industry organizations while providing constructive feedback to all departments.
Interested candidates should submit their application via our careers portal or directly to the Food & Beverage Director and General Manager. The interview process will focus on culinary expertise, leadership philosophy, and alignment with our vision for a locally inspired boutique experience.
