As the Chef de Cuisine, you will establish and execute a superior guest experience through excellent food and hospitality. You will support the Executive Chef by organizing, planning, and directing all aspects of daily kitchen operations. This role is for a leader with a passion for creating delicious food, building high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional hospitality to stakeholders. You will be responsible for maintaining a culture of Enlightened Hospitality, ensuring back-of-house operations are clean, safe, and up to "A" level health code standards, and fostering a positive, collaborative environment where team members have a clear pathway for growth.
