The Channel Manager, Hybrid Work Solutions serves as the strategic leader for a high-performing sales team dedicated to the Hybrid Work Solutions portfolio. This role exists to navigate complex partner ecosystems and drive growth by shifting the sales focus from individual hardware components to Total Solution Selling. You will act as a subject matter expert in collaboration technology, nurturing executive-level relationships with key IT and business leaders to identify opportunities in video collaboration, voice platforms, and integrated workspace solutions.
In this position, you will craft data-driven strategies that shape the future of work while ensuring team compliance with industry regulations. Your day-to-day involves bridging multiple HP disciplines—Hardware, Software, and Services—to create a seamless hybrid work experience for clients. You will provide market-based insights to senior leadership, presenting comprehensive reports on performance trends and competitive shifts in the collaboration landscape.
