About the Role
You will serve as a vital member of the Specialized Delivery Unit at Dell Children's Medical Center in Austin, TX. In this full-time, day-shift role (7a-7p), you will be the backbone of our Labor and Delivery surgical suites, ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency for mothers and newborns. Your day will involve meticulously preparing surgical environments for procedures such as C-sections, anticipating the needs of the obstetric team, and maintaining strict aseptic techniques. You will partner with a multidisciplinary team to streamline workflows, manage complex instrument counts, and prioritize patient comfort and privacy in a high-stakes environment.
