We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our team in the Cullman, AL area. In this role, you will work under the direction of a supervisor to ensure the smooth and accurate operation of our pharmacy. Your day will involve managing floor stock, restocking medications, and rotating inventory to maintain quality controls. You will be responsible for prepacking bulk prescribed medications, generating labels, and packaging orders for shipment.
As a key member of our team, you will enter new orders for pharmacist review, clarify orders as needed, and triage incoming faxes. You will also serve as a point of contact by answering phones and responding to order inquiries while maintaining up-to-date and accurate customer information. Success in this position requires a collaborative spirit to support the pharmacy's goals, along with the ability to work independently, accurately, and efficiently.
This position operates on a 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM shift schedule, which includes rotating weekends.
