About the Role

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be a vital patient advocate, making a difference every day by providing quality of life-enhancing services. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, you will perform hands-on nursing care with a focus on daily needs and personal hygiene. No two days are the same; you will work in a dynamic environment where you help maintain safe, supportive living conditions for individuals facing physical, intellectual, or behavioral challenges.

Your day involves monitoring health conditions, assisting with personal care and community integration, and participating in team meetings and training. You will also support residents through meal preparation, household activities, and special outings, ensuring dignity and respect in every interaction.
