About the Role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will make a difference every day as a patient advocate, providing quality-of-life-enhancing services to those we serve. This role is centered on performing hands-on nursing care with a strong emphasis on daily care needs and personal hygiene. You will be part of a dynamic work environment where no day is ever the same, offering complex work that directly impacts the lives of individuals facing physical, intellectual, or behavioral challenges.
Your day will involve monitoring health conditions, assisting individuals with daily living and personal care, and supporting community and social integration. You will help maintain safe and quality supports, participate in resident activity programs including off-site outings, and assist with household activities such as meal preparation and keeping residences tidy. Additionally, you will prepare rooms for new admissions and assist residents with discharge, all while maintaining confidentiality and treating everyone with dignity and respect.

Requirements
