About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. This role is vital to our mission, as you will assist in delivering daily living assistance and basic nursing care to patients. You will be the face of our center's commitment to compassionate care, working cooperatively within a diverse setting to support the well-being of those who need it most.
In this position, you will be responsible for assisting patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating. You will monitor and record patient conditions, document care provided, and support patient mobility, transfers, and transportation within the facility. Effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members is essential to ensuring comprehensive, quality care. You will also maintain a clean and safe environment while adhering to all healthcare protocols and guidelines to protect patient safety and privacy.
