This position serves as a vital link in our care team, working under the direct supervision of licensed nurses to ensure residents receive the highest standard of personal care and comfort.
In this role, you will be the face of our Promise, modeling our business standards and Code of Conduct in every interaction. Your day-to-day impact involves assisting residents with activities of daily living, from feeding and hygiene to transfers and mobility support. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while documenting care accurately and responding to resident needs with calm, courtesy, and cooperation.
You will work in a clean, well-lit environment that may occasionally be noisy or present exposure to infections, odors, or diverse behaviors. The role requires physical stamina, including the ability to stand, walk, lift, and maneuver residents and equipment safely. You may work alone or as part of a collaborative team, utilizing mechanical lifts, oxygen devices, and monitoring equipment to deliver effective care.
To join our team, you must be a current Certified Nursing Assistant licensed in the State of Virginia, with a high school diploma or equivalent and fluency in English. We require current basic CPR/AED and First Aid certification, and a commitment to completing all mandatory in-services and safety training.
