As a Certified Nursing Assistant at DeMay Living Center, you will be the backbone of our Long Term Care team, providing high-quality, individualized patient care. This role is critical to the success of our nursing team, requiring you to take initiative while ensuring every resident receives compassionate support. You will collaborate closely with nurses to manage daily care plans, assist with activities of daily living, and provide emotional support to residents and their families.
Your day will involve more than just clinical tasks; you will be a vital link in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. From transporting residents to leisure activities to communicating timely updates to the team, your ability to respond to resident requests with empathy and efficiency defines the quality of life in our community.
