Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAssist patients with daily activities including bathing, toileting, dressing, and grooming
- check_circleCare for seniors and patients with illness, injury, or chronic disease in their homes
- check_circleMonitor patient vitals, measure intake/output, and check blood glucose levels
- check_circleSupport patient mobility through ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises
- check_circleCollaborate with home health nurses and aides to ensure care plans are followed
- check_circleDocument patient changes and report issues to supervisors regarding care or medication
Requirements

- verifiedActive Nursing Assistant Certification in MI
