As a Resident Care Associate, you will provide for the needs of the elders, including personal care, therapeutic programming, safety, and emotional support. Your work will be conducted in a manner that supports the dignity, independence, choice, and individuality of each resident.
You will play an active role in growing the community by representing and interacting positively with potential residents, family members, and professionals. This is a rewarding role where you will work with an amazing team to assist residents with activities of daily living, engage them in meaningful interactions, and facilitate therapeutic programming that offers cognitive stimulation, socialization, and spiritual connection.
We offer flexible scheduling to fit your life. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with evening shifts open for both. Per diem opportunities are also available for weekday, weekend, and evening shifts.
Apply today for immediate consideration. Prior to being assigned regular duties, each Resident Care Associate must successfully complete the community's and any State orientation training program. You will also be required to participate in regularly scheduled on-going in-service training programs and specialized staff training as dictated by State Regulation.
