About the Role
Center Directors at The Learning Experience influence the growth and development of both children and teachers. You will create an environment of collaboration and community, serving as the bridge between our educational mission and the families we serve. Your day will involve leading tours for prospective families, highlighting our unique curriculum and teacher quality, while regularly communicating with parents regarding student progress. You will ensure the physical environment meets all health and safety standards, manage relationships with state licensors, and lead monthly emergency safety drills. By managing team schedules and ratios, you will ensure that our brand standards are executed with excellence every day.

- check_circleBuild and communicate weekly schedules to maintain appropriate classroom ratios
- check_circleManage new hire paperwork and employee files in compliance with state licensing regulations

- check_circleManage relationships with state licensors and conduct center evaluations
- check_circleConduct classroom observations, evaluations, and provide feedback to motivate learning

Requirements
- verifiedTwo or more years of center leadership/management experience highly preferred
