About the Role
Center Directors at The Learning Experience serve as the heart of our centers, influencing the growth and development of both children and teachers. In this role, you will create an environment of collaboration and community, encouraging everyone to thrive. You will lead the execution of our curriculum while ensuring brand standards are met, managing team dynamics, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Your day will involve a dynamic mix of people leadership and customer focus. You will identify and interview teacher candidates, conduct classroom observations, and provide feedback that motivates your team. You will manage daily operations, including classroom ratios, scheduling, and compliance with state licensing regulations. Additionally, you will be the face of our center to prospective families, leading tours, enrolling new students, and maintaining open communication with parents regarding student progress.

Requirements
- verifiedTwo or more years of center leadership/management experience highly preferred

Nice to Have
Two or more years of center leadership/management experience. Professional teaching experience with infants to preschool children. Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field. CPR and First Aide Certification.
