About the Role
We are seeking Owner Operators to join our dedicated line haul team. This role focuses on OTR Dry Van operations, handling approximately 88% of loads with an average of 3,000 to 3,500 miles per week. A key benefit of this position is that no driver load or unload is required. We also offer a truck lease rental option for qualified candidates.
Compensation and Home Time
Drivers can expect a gross total weekly average pay of $8,000 to $10,000, paid weekly. Regarding home time, the schedule expects drivers to be out for 14 days, though you are welcome to stay out longer if you prefer. You are guaranteed to be home at least one weekend per month.
Hiring Process and Orientation
We offer a paid orientation to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Accommodation is provided during this period, with drivers assigned their own rooms. While meals are not included, the program covers some or all travel expenses. Orientation can be conducted either partially or fully online.
Requirements
To be eligible for this position, candidates must hold a Class A license without restrictions for Air Brakes, Night Driving, Semi Trailers, or Intrastate Only operations. Additionally, applicants must have at least 12 months of Tractor Trailer experience. Regarding equipment, there is no maximum age limit for trucks, though overdimensional trucks are not permitted.
