About the Role
We are seeking Contract Drivers (1099, Solo) to operate Dry Van trucks on Over-The-Road (OTR) dedicated line haul routes. Please note that we are currently leasing new trucks to rental drivers and are not hiring company drivers at this time.
In this role, you will focus on driving without the need for load or unload duties. You can expect to average 3,000 to 3,500 miles per week, with 88% of loads secured. This position offers a gross weekly average pay between $1,500 and $3,000.
Home Time & Schedule
Drivers can expect to be out for 14 to 30 days at a time, though you are welcome to stay out longer if you prefer. Our home time policy provides 3 days of home time for every 14 days worked. Please note that weekends at home are not guaranteed.
Orientation Details
We offer a paid orientation process that can be conducted partly or fully online. To support your transition, we cover accommodation (providing drivers with their own room) and may cover some or all travel expenses. Please be aware that meals are not included during orientation.
