About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Contract Driver to join our team for Over-The-Road (OTR) line haul operations. In this solo 1099 position, you will operate Dry Van, Refrigerated, and Flatbed trailers, focusing on efficient transport without the need for driver load/unloading or tarping duties.
Compensation & Benefits
Drivers can expect an average gross weekly pay of $1,800, covering an average of 2,500 to 3,500 miles per week. To welcome new team members, we offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus.
Home Time
Our schedule is designed to provide balance, with drivers expected to be out for 14 to 28 days at a time. The home time structure rewards consistent work: for every 14 days worked, you earn 3 days of home time, ensuring you are home for at least one weekend per month.
Hiring Requirements
To qualify for this role, candidates must hold a Class A license without specific restrictions, including (L, Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer, or (K) Intrastate Only. Additionally, applicants must possess at least 12 months of Tractor Trailer experience.
