Front-End Drivers operate front-end trucks to provide waste and recyclable collection services for multi-family residential and commercial routes. In fulfillment of customer contracts, you will service multiple customers per day according to assigned routes, ensuring waste is transferred to the appropriate station, landfill, or drop-off location.
This position is primarily an outdoor role, working 100% of the time in varying weather conditions, including rain, storms, and extreme heat or cold. You will navigate motor vehicle traffic constantly and work in loud environments with exposure to moving mechanical parts, vibration, and airborne particles. The role requires significant physical activity, including climbing to the top of the truck to verify loads, entering and exiting the vehicle frequently, and lifting or moving objects up to 100 pounds occasionally.
