About the Role

As a Shuttle Driver, you will play a vital role in the operation of our business by transporting empty trailers to Operating Company warehouse locations and delivering full trailers to domicile or shuttle yard locations. You will drive tandem trailers, tractor-trailers, and/or straight trucks on intrastate and interstate routes, ensuring all freight is transported safely and in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.

This role is essential to supporting America's food distribution system. You will interact professionally with customers, vendors, and co-workers, ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner. Schedule and Compensation

This position operates on a 3rd shift schedule, Sunday through Thursday, with dispatches starting around 5:00 PM for 10-12 hour routes. Drivers are compensated based on the number of trips, averaging $250 per day, with an estimated annual pay range of $73,000 to $90,000.

Hiring Process

Candidates must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and a road test. A valid current DOT Health Card is required, or the ability to secure a new one immediately upon hiring.
