About the Role
The CDL Driver serves as a vital link in the Reyes Family of Businesses' logistics network, ensuring products are delivered safely and efficiently to customers. This position goes beyond simple transportation; it involves the secure operation of commercial motor vehicles, conveyors, carts, and powered industrial trucks like electric pallet jacks. Drivers are responsible for the full cycle of delivery and pickup, including handling returned products, payments, and pallets, while maintaining meticulous documentation for all transactions.
Physical Demands & Safety
Safety is paramount in this role. Drivers must be capable of lifting products ranging from 25 to 170 pounds on a regular basis. The position requires performing thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicles to ensure operational readiness and compliance with safety standards.
