About the Role
We are seeking CDL-A drivers to join our fleet on a variety of routes, including Over-the-Road (OTR), Regional, and Dedicated options. Whether you prefer multiple home time options or a specific dedicated route, this role offers the flexibility to match your lifestyle. You will be driving a fleet of the latest Kenworth, Freightliner, and International tractors, which are maintained to run at 68 MPH. The freight is primarily dry van, featuring no-touch loads with drop-and-hook capabilities, ensuring a comfortable and efficient driving experience.

Hiring Process & Orientation
We make the transition to Heartland Express seamless with a paid orientation program held every Tuesday at our state-of-the-art headquarters in North Liberty, IA. During this week-long orientation, you will receive breakfast and lunch, transportation reimbursement, and be assigned your truck by Friday. Once you complete the process, you are ready to hit the road.
