About the Role
We are seeking CDL-A drivers to join our fleet on a variety of routes, including Over-the-Road (OTR), Regional, and Dedicated options. Whether you prefer no-touch dry van freight with drop-and-hook capabilities or specific home time schedules, there is a place for you here. Our trucks are equipped with the latest Kenworth, Freightliner, and International tractors and are driven at 68 MPH to ensure efficiency.

Hiring Process & Orientation
We offer a paid orientation program held every Tuesday at our state-of-the-art headquarters in North Liberty, IA. During this week-long experience, you will receive breakfast and lunch, transportation reimbursement (subject to exclusions), and be assigned your truck by Friday. This process is designed to get you on the road quickly and comfortably.
