The Role
We are seeking CDL-A drivers for multiple routes, including Over-the-Road (OTR), Regional, and Dedicated options. As a Heartland driver, you will operate in a 48-state operating area using the latest Kenworth, Freightliner, and International tractors, which are tuned to run at 68 MPH. The freight is primarily dry van, featuring no-touch loads with drop-and-hook capabilities, allowing you to focus on the road.

Orientation and Onboarding

During this week-long experience, you will be provided with single-occupancy hotel rooms each night, along with breakfast and lunch. We also offer transportation reimbursement to help you get to the location. By the end of the week, you will have your assigned truck ready for your first run.
