About the Role
We are seeking CDL-A drivers to join our fleet on multiple route options, including Over-The-Road (OTR), Regional, and Dedicated positions. As a Heartland driver, you will operate in a no-touch freight environment, handling dry van loads with drop-and-hook capabilities. Our fleet consists of the latest Kenworth, Freightliner, and International tractors, all capable of cruising at 68 MPH.

Hiring Process & Orientation
We offer a paid orientation program held every Tuesday at our state-of-the-art headquarters in North Liberty, IA. The program is designed to get you on the road quickly, with drivers typically assigned their trucks by Friday. During orientation, we provide transportation reimbursement (subject to exclusions) and cover all meals. Once hired, you will be part of a team operating across 48 states.
