About the Role
As a Company Driver (W2, Solo) on our Over-The-Road (OTR) line haul and LTL team, you will operate a dry van with no driver load or unload responsibilities. This role is designed for drivers who value flexibility; you can choose your own route in accordance with your location and enjoy the ability to be home every weekend. While the typical schedule involves 5 to 10 days out, you have the autonomy to stay out longer if you prefer. Our home time policy ensures you receive one day of home time for every six days worked, guaranteeing you are home for at least two weekends per month.
Hiring Process & Orientation
We offer a comprehensive paid orientation to ensure a smooth transition. During this period, accommodation is fully covered, and drivers are provided with their own room. Meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) are included, and the company covers some or all travel expenses.
