About the Role
As a Company Driver (W2, Solo) specializing in Dry Van OTR operations, you will manage line haul and LTL routes with a focus on efficiency and reliability. This role is designed for drivers who value flexibility; you can choose your own route in accordance with your location and enjoy the ability to be home every weekend. While the typical schedule involves 5 to 10 days out, you have the autonomy to stay out longer if you prefer. Our home time policy ensures you earn one day of home time for every six days worked, guaranteeing you are home for at least two weekends per month.
Hiring Process & Orientation
We offer a comprehensive, paid orientation to ensure you are set up for success from day one. During this period, accommodation is fully covered, and drivers are provided with their own room. Meals—including lunch, dinner, and breakfast—are included, and we cover some or all travel expenses to get you to the starting point.
