About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Company Driver for our OTR Dry Van Line Haul and LTL operations. This role offers the flexibility to choose your own route in accordance with your location, ensuring a balance that fits your life. Drivers can expect to be home every weekend, with a schedule that typically involves 5 to 10 days out on the road. You have the autonomy to stay out longer if you prefer, and our home-time policy rewards your dedication with one day of home time for every six days worked, guaranteeing you are home for at least two weekends per month.
A key aspect of this position is the focus on driving rather than manual labor; there is no driver load or unload required. You will be operating a solo vehicle, allowing you to focus on the road and your route.
Orientation and Onboarding
We believe in setting our new drivers up for success from day one. Our orientation program is fully paid and includes covered accommodation where drivers receive their own room. To ensure you are well-fed and ready to work, breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included during orientation. Additionally, we cover some or all of your travel expenses to get you to the starting point.
