About the Team

Our fleet operates primarily out of Fredericksburg, VA, delivering loads to key locations across Virginia and Maryland. We are committed to providing drivers with reliable routes, modern equipment, and a supportive environment that values safety and consistency.

About the Role

As a Company Driver with Lidl VA, you will be the backbone of our regional supply chain. This role is designed for drivers who value daily or weekly home time and prefer a structured, pre-planned dispatch schedule. You will operate newer model equipment equipped with advanced safety features, including lane assist sensors, blind spot technology, and automatic high beams.

A key aspect of this position involves "Touch Freight," where you will utilize an electric pallet jack to assist with loading and unloading cargo. This hands-on approach ensures efficient delivery and strengthens your connection to the product. Drivers also enjoy the flexibility of optional daily home time based on location, alongside a guaranteed weekly home schedule.
