About the Role

The Class A CDL Route Driver is a vital part of our mission to transform organic waste into resources. Based in Des Moines, IA, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery and recovery of materials across designated routes throughout Iowa. This role involves both local and regional driving, requiring strict adherence to all federal, state, and company transportation regulations.

As a driver, you will operate equipment safely and efficiently, performing pre- and post-trip inspections and promptly reporting any mechanical or service issues. Strong communication with dispatch, customers, and internal teams is essential to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring focus, sound judgment, and a strong commitment to personal safety and the safety of others. You will work in all weather conditions, often outdoors, and interact directly with customers to maintain our reputation for excellence.
