About the Role
As a Company Driver, you will manage freight with a focus on reliability and safety. The role involves loading and unloading cargo using an electric pallet jack. Drivers benefit from a pre-planned dispatch system and have the option for daily home time depending on their specific location, with weekly home time guaranteed. The position offers a supportive environment where drivers can bring a pet passenger and enjoy a comfortable cab equipped with a large capacity refrigerator, heated and cooled seats, and a 24" Smart TV.
Compensation and Benefits
Drivers receive a competitive pay structure including a base rate and a Monthly Safety Performance Incentive Bonus that rewards mileage and tenure. Additional earnings include a Weekly Availability Incentive Pay (subject to restrictions) and a non-taxable per diem reimbursement of $0.15 CPM, averaging $59 per day.
The comprehensive benefit package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, a $10,000 life insurance policy, and a 401K with company match. After one year of service, drivers accrue vacation pay. Additional perks include a Driver Referral Program, a Driver Influencer Program to earn money through social media, and an annual Driver Award Ceremony celebrating top performers.
