About the Role
You will run over-the-road refrigerated freight with a company that prioritizes your success. This role involves safely operating a CDL A tractor trailer to transport temperature-controlled freight across regional and national lanes. You will be responsible for maintaining product quality by monitoring reefer temperatures, performing pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections, and adhering to all FMCSA regulations, including Hours of Service.
In this position, you will work with dispatch, customers, and company personnel to ensure smooth operations. You will also handle load/unloading as needed using proper freight securement methods and maintain accurate logs, bills of lading, and temperature documentation. The role requires driving in all weather, traffic, and terrain conditions, as well as performing physical tasks such as bending, squatting, and checking components under the trailer.

We offer a compensation structure designed to reward longevity and performance, including a $1,400 weekly guarantee and starting rates of 62 CPM on practical miles. Drivers can easily out-earn this guarantee with additional incentives such as quarterly safety and performance bonuses, per diem pay, extended delivery pay, layover pay, and immediate detention pay on all loads. We also provide paid orientation time and 8 paid holidays, including your birthday.
Our fleet consists of 2023 and newer Freightliners and Kenworths equipped with APUs, inverters, and refrigerators, ensuring you have the equipment you want. We also provide free SiriusXM in every truck. To support your well-being, we offer a company-paid 50k term life insurance policy and a complete, affordable benefits package including health, dental, vision, and a 401k with company match. Additionally, we arrange and pay for your travel to orientation.
Hiring Process
To join our team, you must have at least 12 months of CDL-A experience and be at least 21 years of age. Candidates must have no major MVR or CSA violations within the last 3 years, no DUI/DWI convictions in the past 5 years, and must pass a FMCSA DOT pre-employment drug screen.
