About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as either Solo OTR or Team Drivers. Our mission is to provide a balanced lifestyle that combines strong earning potential with predictable home time. Whether you are looking to run 2,000+ miles a week solo or partner with a teammate to average 5,000 miles, we offer a consistent, planned schedule with 100% no-touch freight.

For solo drivers, we offer a schedule that lets you run 28 days out and get 5 days home, providing the balance experienced drivers desire. If you are interested in team driving but do not have a partner, our Team Match program can help you find the right fit, or you can bring a family member or friend on board. We also offer a sponsorship program to assist with bringing new teammates into the fold.

Our Equipment and Support

We invest in our drivers by maintaining newer equipment, averaging just 18 months old. To ensure you are supported on the road, we provide convenient home-base terminals and 24/7 driver support. New hires also benefit from paid orientation to get started smoothly.

Qualifications and Safety

To join our team, you must hold a valid Class A CDL and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. We maintain high safety standards, requiring no more than one preventable accident in the last two years and no major preventable accidents in the last five years. Drivers must also have no more than two moving violations in the last two years and must pass a DOT physical and drug test. We do not hire SAP drivers or those with specific DUI/DWI or drug-related convictions within the specified timeframes.
