About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as Solo or Team OTR drivers. This role offers a balance of strong miles and predictable home time, designed for drivers who value consistency and reliability. Solo drivers can expect to average over 2,000 miles per week on a 28-day out, 5-day home schedule, while team drivers have the opportunity to average 5,000 miles per week with flexible partnership options.

Hiring Process
Interested candidates must hold a valid Class A CDL and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. The hiring process includes a DOT physical and drug test. Candidates with a history of preventable accidents, moving violations, or drug-related convictions may not be eligible. SAP drivers are not eligible for hire. Once qualified, you will be able to discuss sign-on bonuses and specific pay rates based on your experience and route.
