About the Role
As an Operational Risk Management Lead Vice President within the Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk (CCOR) organization, you will provide independent oversight and assessment of the processes, risks, and controls supporting the Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Operations business. Operating under the CCOR Framework, you will serve as a primary point of contact for operational risk and regulatory compliance matters, leveraging deep knowledge of risks and regulations to enable business outcomes in a well-controlled manner.
You will be responsible for the design and execution of the CCOR program, which encompasses the second line of defense's responsibilities in managing the firm's compliance, conduct, and operational risk. Success in this role requires engaging senior management and building credible, trust-based, collaborative relationships across the lines of defense and functional groups, including Business, Legal, Controls, Risk, and Technology. You will evaluate and identify first-line control design and execution deficiencies through risk and control assessments, analytics, deep-dive topical reviews, and governance practices.
