About the Role
As a People Manager, you will lead and advance the business unit's risk and compliance programs. This role is pivotal in directing risk and control assessment methodologies, overseeing new product and service risk reviews, and managing operational risk governance. You will monitor, direct, and enforce adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements while partnering across the organization to strengthen risk management maturity and drive strategic outcomes.
