Key Responsibilities
- check_circleManage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting processes including A/P, A/R, payroll, and bank reconciliations
- check_circleAssist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and budgets
- check_circleDevelop and maintain financial analysis and reporting systems to support decision-making
- check_circleEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements
- check_circleCollaborate with the consulting team to provide strategic financial advice to clients
- check_circleLiaise with external auditors and manage internal controls
- check_circleImplement and maintain financial controls, procedures, and accounting systems for maximum efficiency
Requirements
- verified5+ years of experience in bookkeeping or related field
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- verifiedProficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- verifiedStrong understanding of business and income tax worksheets and computations
- verifiedExtensive knowledge in preparing journal entries and general ledger operations
Nice to Have
Master's degree or CPA
