About the Role
This position is central to maintaining the fiscal integrity of our operations. You will be responsible for the overall quality, accuracy, and compliance of our financial functions. Your day-to-day work involves preparing annual budgets, monthly financial statements, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports. You will also manage monthly housing and grant billing, oversee bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll functions, and coordinate all audit preparations.
In this role, you will not only execute financial tasks but also drive process improvement by writing procedures, developing financial controls, and ensuring seamless data integration between systems like ADP and Sage 50. Success in this position requires a professional who can multi-task effectively while maintaining solid verbal and written communication skills.
