About the Role
We are seeking an Accounting Manager to join a growing company committed to a high standard of excellence, professional growth, and success. This is a unique opportunity to become a key figure in our accounting department. You will be responsible for month-end closing, financial statement preparation and reporting, account reconciliations, and supporting broader business operations. Additionally, you will play a vital role in establishing budgets, forecasting, creating proforma projections, and managing cash flow requirements.
The successful candidate will be a team-oriented business partner to Operations, bringing initiative to help establish internal controls and policies that comply with legislation and best practices. This role involves managing journal entries and invoices, assisting with annual audits, and developing reports for management or regulatory bodies. You will utilize our accounting IT systems to facilitate processes and maintain accurate records, while also reviewing accounting information to identify and resolve any inaccuracies or imbalances. This position requires approximately 25% travel.
