Key Responsibilities
- check_circleGreet clients, vendors, and guests as the welcoming face of the main office
- check_circleAnswer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and care
- check_circleProcess and distribute Banquet Event Orders, daily reports, signage, and updates
- check_circleAssist with weekly Sales Department scheduling
- check_circleManage incoming and outgoing mail
- check_circleSupport special projects and tasks from Sales and Exhibitor Managers
- check_circleKeep the office organized, clean, and running smoothly including stocking kitchen areas
- check_circlePrepare and send menus and contracts to prospective clients
Requirements
