About the Team

About the Role

As an Automotive Dealership Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for our guests. Your day will involve greeting customers promptly, determining the nature of their visit, and directing them to the appropriate department. You will manage the telephone switchboard with professional etiquette, ensuring all calls are answered and transferred in a timely manner.

Beyond front-desk duties, you will maintain the lounge and copy areas, keeping them stocked and organized. You will also handle administrative tasks such as assigning and recording dealer plates and loaner vehicles, as well as taking payments from customers based on their financing profiles. This role requires a proactive approach, taking extra measures whenever necessary to resolve customer needs and problems effectively.
