As a Category Management Specialist, you will serve as the central hub for Category Teams, bridging the gap between in-store and online strategies. You will be the primary point person for product item setup and merchandising the online SKU assortment, optimizing product detail pages to make customer shopping decisions easier and more relevant. Beyond managing item attribute data and driving process efficiency, you will collaborate, troubleshoot, and deliver a best-in-class online customer experience by acting as a center of excellence for cross-functional partners.
This role is hybrid, requiring you to work some days at our corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota, and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. Specific work arrangements vary by role and team, and the recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.
As part of the Best Buy team, you will help fulfill our purpose to enrich lives through technology. We bring this to life every day by humanizing and personalizing tech solutions for every stage of life—whether in our stores, online, or in customers' homes.
Our culture is built on deeply supporting and valuing our amazing employees who make it all possible. We are committed to being a great place to work where you can unlock unique career possibilities. Above all, we aim to provide a place where you can bring your full, authentic self to work now and into the future. Tomorrow works here.
