As a Store Associate, you will be the face of our brand, supporting the current and future goals of our Stores by adhering to all procedures and programs outlined in the Operations Division. This role is central to the daily operations of the store, encompassing food service and the entire retail entity. You will actively learn, participate in, and train on all current and future programs, ensuring that all employees uphold GATE standards.
Your day-to-day involves creating a positive and supportive team environment while ensuring customers are our top priority. You will greet customers, assist with product inquiries, and resolve complaints to guarantee a friendly and efficient checkout experience. Beyond customer interaction, you will maintain a clean and well-stocked store, perform minor equipment repairs, and operate various machinery including cash registers, gasoline consoles, and lottery machines. You will also play a vital role in safety by reporting hazards and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding the handling of petroleum products.
