About the Role
This full-time position is designed for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail setting. You will serve as a vital link between our customers and our products, managing transactions with precision while actively contributing to sales goals through suggestive selling and relationship building. The role requires a versatile team player who is comfortable multitasking across various functions, from operating the Point of Sale (POS) system and fuel console to preparing fresh food and beverages. Whether you are handling cash, checking IDs for restricted items, or ensuring the store is spotless, your attention to detail directly impacts the customer experience. You will also play a critical role in maintaining safety protocols, adhering to all local and federal laws, and supporting the team during peak hours like the morning rush or night shift deep cleans.
Hiring Process
Candidates selected for an interview will be evaluated on their computer competency, specifically regarding the PDI Enterprise POS system. The process includes a skills evaluation to ensure readiness for the role's technical demands.
