About the Role
This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering a highly satisfying customer experience. You will serve as the face of the store, engaging with all customers to embody our customer experience principles and philosophy. Your day-to-day involves maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment while adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
You will be a key part of our store culture, modeling honesty, integrity, and respect. The role requires flexibility, as you may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support the business's evolving needs. From processing transactions and preparing merchandise for the sales floor to initiating store recovery efforts, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
