As a Cashier at Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort & Spa, you will be the face of our commitment to "Wonderful Hospitality. Always." You will process all payment methods in accordance with accounting procedures, ensuring the accuracy of contracted monies and maintaining the security of the bank at all times. Your day will involve setting up and organizing the cashier workstation, completing designated reports, and resolving any discrepancies with precision.
Beyond the numbers, you will welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs with genuine appreciation. You will serve as a key point of contact, answering telephones with appropriate etiquette and communicating clearly with team members to support common goals. In this role, you will uphold the promise of thoughtful, heartfelt, forward-thinking service that builds upon our living legacy of hospitality.
