As a Case Management Aide for the Georgia Housing Recovery & Rehousing Program (GA HRRP) in Savannah, you will play a vital support role in helping individuals and families affected by disasters. This position is designed for individuals seeking entry-level experience in housing services, case coordination, or disaster recovery.
In this capacity, you will work alongside onsite Case Managers to facilitate the intake process and ensure proper documentation is collected and tracked. You will be the first point of contact for many applicants, providing clear, respectful communication about next steps while maintaining a high level of empathy in a fast-paced, high-stress environment. Your work ensures that sensitive information is handled with confidentiality and that daily operations at field offices and recovery sites run smoothly.
