The Carrier Procurement role serves as the operational backbone for our nationwide sales team, responsible for booking and tracking truckload shipments. This position is designed for competitive individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with talented people across the organization, developing your logistics skills while managing a variety of dynamic tasks.
Success in this role requires strong problem-solving abilities, the capacity to multi-task, and excellent communication skills. You will be comfortable on the phone, engaging in negotiations to build lasting relationships with carriers while ensuring accurate updates for the sales force.
We invest in your growth from day one. Candidates will shadow the Carrier Procurement Manager for several weeks, receiving hands-on training and observation until you are confident to work independently. Our existing Carrier Procurement Representatives are also available to answer questions and support your transition.
