Key Responsibilities
- check_circleServe as primary point of contact for key clients to ensure service excellence
- check_circleManage customer KPIs, conduct business reviews, and lead retention strategies
- check_circleIdentify and develop new business opportunities across ocean, air, and inland logistics
- check_circleCoordinate with Operations and Carrier teams to resolve client escalations
- check_circleLead cross-functional projects to optimize global-to-local supply chain integration
- check_circleLead implementation of new accounts including contract setup and system integration
- check_circleDevelop long-term account plans focusing on mutual growth and strategic partnership
- check_circlePrepare quotes, RFQ responses, and commercial proposals for prospective clients
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's Degree
- verified7-10 years of experience in Freight Forwarding or NVOCC Operations
- verified1-3 years of supervisory experience
- verifiedSolid understanding of international logistics (FCL/LCL, air freight, inland, drayage, customs, HBL/MBL)
- verifiedUnderstanding of Freight Forwarding products and services
- verifiedExperience with TMS/CRM systems preferred
Nice to Have
8 - 13 years of experience relating to Business Management and/or Business Development
