About the Role

As a Caregiver at our Maryville, TN "Maple House" location, you will join a mission-driven team where every person has the right to live well. This role exists to help participants grow, learn, and live well by fostering real, meaningful relationships. You will be trusted with ownership to do what is right for the individuals you serve, taking initiative to help them become part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities.

Your day will involve assisting people with personal hygiene and supporting individuals who may have behavioral challenges or complex needs. You will also help participants achieve developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
