As a Caregiver at REM West Virginia, you will join a mission-driven team to help people grow, learn, and live well. This role is about developing real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve while providing support for a variety of needs, including autism and related conditions. You will be entrusted with ownership and trust to do what is right for participants, helping them become part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities.
Your day-to-day impact involves supporting participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, dental hygiene, exercise, and nutrition. You will assist with personal hygiene and provide guidance to individuals who may have behavioral challenges or complex needs.
